Q. HOW DO I BOOK ON TO A COURSE?

A. You can book online from this website, or you can phone, fax or email us. All these details are available in our Contact Us section

Q. IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE DAY?

A. No, there is no formal Dress Code. However, please bear in mind most of our courses are run in Hotels.

Q. WHAT ARE THE START AND FINISH TIMES OF YOUR COURSES?

A. All our courses start at 09:30hrs. We advise delegates to arrive between 09:00 and 09:30hrs for coffee and registration. All our courses finish at 16:00hrs, with the exception of Managing Poor Performance and Misconduct at Work workshop, this finishes at 16:30hrs.

Q. DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?

A. Refreshments, stationery and workbooks will be provided on the day

Q. WHEN DO I RECEIVE JOINING INSTRUCTIONS?

A. Joining instructions are normally emailed approximately 3 – 5 days after you make your booking. If would like to receive instructions by post, please let us know.

Q. HOW DO I PAY?

A. You can pay online with a Credit/Debit card at the time you make your booking. All Major cards accepted. Alternatively, we can
Invoice your organisation, and can accept Cheques or BACS payments.

Q. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN RUNNING THESE COURSES?

A. Health Courses and Careers Update was founded in 1996, and to date, has trained over 9000 Public and Private Sector Managers.

Q. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND EACH COURSE?

A. We usually limit the number of delegates. on each course to between 10 and 15 approximately.

Q. DO YOU DO IN-HOUSE TRAINING?

A. Yes, we do run in-house courses for our clients. Please contact us for more information.

Q. WHAT TYPE OF VENUES DO YOU USE?

A. Our Workshops are usually run in 3 and 4 Star Hotels throughout the UK.
